Welcome to 5th Lens Fitness where the aim is to help you master your physical potential and realise your fitness vision, which means I want to help you continually raise the threshold of your physical capacity — no matter what that looks for you.

Whether you’re looking for new ways to switch up your current fitness training or a complete beginner, I will help you master your physical potential and realise your fitness vision.
Total fitness is an infinite journey to becoming the best version of yourself — physically and mentally. I offer a fun and friendly approach, so if monotonous regimes at the gym aren’t your thing, I aim to help you lock-in to your training vice.
Your training will always be varied and relative to your training goals. Lets say you want to but have never been able to do a burpee, I’ll help you master that. Then we’ll raise your threshold and work towards your next goal.
You may be further along in your fitness journey and already lifting weights, you’re strong and want to but have not been able to perform a quick movement such as a kettlebell snatch, I’ll work with your to achieve that.
Then… you guessed it, we’ll raise your threshold and work towards your next goal.
Being fit isn’t about lifting the heaviest weight in the room, jumping the highest or running the fastest; it’s about challenging yourself, achieving your fitness goals, then setting and aiming for the next one.
Let’s set some goals, smash those goals and repeat!
