The 60min workout that will test your cardio threshold, coordination, strength and overall conditioning. Get booked in!

You do not need any equipment for this class but options to include weights will be available.

It is always your workout, all levels are welcome and regressions/progressions will be added as required.

FRIDAY 7:00PM – 7:45PM

Get out those Rebounders and prepare to work – heart-rate’s up! We’re bouncing to the beat on our mini trampolines, for a high intensity cardio workout. Class always ends with some core work.

If you would like to book but do not have a Rebounder, please do. You will be offered high or low impact floor options (as required).
