Classes are via Zoom and all levels are welcome, so please do not hesitate to book in.

THURSDAY: 6:00PM – 6:45PM

Thurs 6:00PM: HIIT/Core

Have an explosive start to the day with this high energy class that can be modified to suit you. It consists of 25mins high intensity interval training (not as scary as it sounds) and 20mins core work. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED.

THURSDAY 7:00PM – 7:45PM

Thurs 7:00PM: Bodyweight Pump

Let's work those major muscle groups! We will be using bodyweight only to build our strength. NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED but if you do have some weights at home, there will be options to incorporate them.

FRIDAY 10:00AM – 10:45AM

Fri 10:00AM: HIIT/Core

FRIDAY 7:00PM-7:45PM

Fri 7:00PM: Fitness Rebounding

Get out those Rebounders and let's bounce to the beat for a great cardio workout, with a dash of core work at the end. If you would like to book but do not have a Rebounder, please do. You will be offered high or low impact floor options (as required). REBOUNDER IDEAL BUT NOT STRICTLY NEEDED.

Thank you to everyone who trained with me in the first two weeks of these classes, which were offered free. It’s been amazing to hear you say you want to support me by paying for these classes.

I awkwardly asked many times if £5 would be an okay price point (I hate this kind of thing – haha). The majority of you agreed you would be happy to pay £5 per person.

However, I completely understand these are difficult times and it’s hard for me to even charge for these classes. It’s more important to me that you are able to train.

Please contact me if you would like to book in but £5 is a little too much. I will send you a link to concession rate.
